A Treatment Decision

Treatment options 👉 both paths

Surgery and radiation, side by side.

For localized prostate cancer at Grade Group 2 with adverse features, the two primary treatment paths are surgery (robotic prostatectomy) and radiation. Long-term cancer control is roughly equivalent. What differs is side-effect profile, recovery, what the procedure leaves you with, and which doors stay open afterward. A June PSMA PET scan came back clean — no spread beyond the prostate — so both paths stay on the table as curative options.

Each path gets two pages — what the option actually is, and how my specific biopsy findings reshape the conversation.

Two paths drawn. Then a choice.
